The filter kit contains three different types of filters, useful for an optimal use of deep fryers:
• Carbon active filters help to prevent odors.
• Oil-vapour filters catch oil splashes.
• Paper filters are for straining the used oil. Changing deep fryer filters regularly allows to always keep a clean and odor-free deep fryer, even when not in use.
