Cold A twist on one of the all time classic cocktails.​​​​​​​ Think Madmen, comfy armchairs and roaring fireplaces.
Ingredients
  • 40ml Italian Espresso
  • 25ml Amaretto
  • 25ml Spiced Rum
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup (to taste)
  • Splash of Bitters (to taste)
  • Single large ice cube
  • A slice of orange (to garnish)
  • Glass: Rocks
Method
Step 1
Add a single large cube of ice to the glass

Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake, then pour over the ice cube.

Step 3
Garnish with a slice of orange, and enjoy!
