Traditionally a hot coffee drink but instead of Kahlua, we’ve got the distinctive hazelnut flavour of Frangelico.
Ingredients
- Coffee beans – Arabica
- 25ml – Baileys
- 25ml – Frangelico
- 5ml – Sugar Syrup (optional)
- Whipped Cream – to garnish
- Chocolate Sprinkles – to garnish

Method
Step 1
First, place a glass under the spout and prepare an "Espresso".
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake well.
Step 3
Fine strain ingredients into cup, garnish with cream and sprinkles.
