These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy, and understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Open to UK, CI, IoM & ROI members only, who have purchased a De’Longhi machine and
received an exclusive promotional code entitling them to a 10% discount when they place their first order for at least 4 boxes of pods in a single transaction and use the exclusive, unique De’Longhi promotional code at checkout.
2. To qualify for the offer, qualifying participants must:
a. Purchase a NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO machine from De’Longhi during the promotion date;
and go on to place their first coffee pod order for 4 or more boxes of pods from the Dolce Gusto webshop (either 12 or 16 pods count including STARBUCKS and Magnums) before 28.08.24

b. Enter the unique promotion code as provided in the promotional email at the checkout to
get 10% discount off their shopping basket. Codes are unique and can only be used once for the first order placed.
c. The discount will be applied at checkout.
3. The offer is subject to the purchase of four (4) or more boxes of pods of either 12 or 16 pods available on the webshop at the time of placing the order. The 10% discount will automatically be applied to the customer’s basket at checkout. Offer available for purchases made via the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® webshop only. Offer includes all 12 and 16 count boxes (including STARBUCKS) and Magnums but excludes Bundles and Flash Sales items.
4. Offer to be redeemed by no later than 23:59 on 28.08.24, subject to availability, whilst
stocks last. Any orders placed after this date will not qualify for the offer.
5. Offer valid for purchases through the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® webshop at www.dolce-
gusto.co.uk only.
6. A maximum of one offer per account throughout the duration of the promotion.
7. Offer valid for purchases through the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® webshop only during the
stated promotional dates and cannot be applied retrospectively.
8. The promocode cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
9. The offer is only available for the purchase of boxes of pods containing 12 or 16 pods

10. No trade, third party or bulk applications permitted.
11. No cash alternative will be available in lieu of the stated discount.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any applications that it believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Limitations of liability. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any incorrect or inaccurate information entered or for any faulty or failed electronic data
transmissions.
b. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems,
networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion.
c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website, or any combination thereof.
15. Applicants have the ability to change their address through the "edit profile" feature and
during the confirmation stage at the checkout. Customers must ensure they are available to receive the delivery. If the customer is not at the delivery address to receive the goods, a card with a contact number will be left for them to arrange with the courier an alternative drop off time. After three attempts the goods will be returned to the Promoter and the customer will be refunded the full value of the purchase. From that point, if the customer still wishes to receive the order, they will have to re-order via the online shop.

16. Any orders, including re-orders of undeliverable items, placed after 23:59 on 31.07.24 will
not qualify for the offer. In such an event, participants will have the right to cancel their order.
17. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the
promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree
to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded.
18. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned,
including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise
unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the
remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
20. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales but any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
