If your machine displays the above message please follow the procedure below to resolve the issue:
- Check the water tank is at least half full and properly in place.
- Remove the water filter and insert the hot water spout.
- Place an empty cup under the water spout and press the hot water button to purge the system. This will remove any air that can sometimes get stuck in the water circuit.
- Once the water has finished dispensing try making another drink to check the problem has been resolved.
Following this procedure will normally resolve the issue. If it does not work the first time then please repeat it once more.
