When selecting the amount of foam in the Prima Donna Elite EXPERIENCE display pick the maximum. For best results the milk should be cold (straight from the fridge) and preferably semi skimmed or full fat. You will get the option to continue stirring just before it stops so you can continue you add air if you need more foam.
