The dosage for La Specialista is set for both single and double filters by an indication line to show the perfect quantity of ground coffee that has been tamped.
To reach these optimum levels you must ensure the grind settings are correct for the coffee beans you are using. To make a more precise adjustments use the coffee quantity dial.

- Double Filter capacity - up to 21 grams
