What is the pump pressure during extraction of Stilosa?

Stilosa range features a 15 BAR pump. As per the science of espresso and the performance expected of all of our espresso based machines, with the right conditions of correct grind, dosage and tamped pressure then the perfect espresso will be extracted at around 9 BAR. This is where the \'Optimal Zone\' is for all espresso based drinks.
