Why are the cold beverages in small and large size not 1 or 2 cups?

This is because when the cold coffee or cold milk foam has been aerated it is difficult to pour an equal measure of foam and liquid from the MixCarafe, therefore we have suggested that either a small or large cup is made per person for best result.
