The material used in the new grinders is still stainless steel, much like our current range. What has changed is the shape of the material to be flat disc grinders. SS is used in professional coffee machines and offers the best in precision grinding and control for the enduser. In changing the shape of the material we are also making the grinders more robust last longer than our current version as well as grind consistency, in line with the benefits of ceramic grinders.
