With all of our pump espresso machines you can prepare the perfect Cappuccino at home. We recommend using low-fat milk or skim milk at refrigerator temperature (about 42°F). Here's how to prepare the Cappuccino.
Traditional Frother:
- Open the steam valve for two seconds to remove any excess water.
- Add milk to a stainless steel pitcher filling up to one third of the pitcher and dip the tip of the traditional frother in the milk by operating the steam and moving the pitcher with slow movements from the bottom upwards.
- As the milk froths it with double in quantity. Finally immerse the traditional frother fully in to the milk for a few seconds to heat the milk. Make your espresso to taste and add your frothed milk.
