IDEAL PRESSURE

La Specialista Opera has a 19 bar Italian pump that delivers perfect pressure, which is essential during the brewing process, from low pressure during pre-infusion, to the optimal 9 bar of high pressure during extraction.

BUILT-IN BURR GRINDER

With 15 settings, the built in grinder ensures the optimal grind size for every roast level of coffee beans, single or double dose. The Italian made grinder uses Sensor Grinding Technology to deliver a precise, consistent dose of freshly ground coffee even when the grind settings are changed.

SMART TAMPING

Smart Tamping Technology eliminates the guesswork and mess when tamping. Simply pull the lever to tamp and get consistent results with the correct 20kg of even pressure.

COLD BREW

Enjoy cold brew in under 5 minutes with De’Longhi’s proprietary Cold Extraction Technology. This innovative technology utilizes precisely measured water flow and pressure rates, along with specific extraction temperatures, to create a delicious, refreshing Cold Brew coffee in less than five minutes.

ESPRESSO COOL

Developed by De’Longhi, Espresso Cool is a completely unique recipe. With lighter notes than a traditional espresso, the drink has a smooth refreshing flavor and is best served over ice. The drink is brewed with room temperature water at a high pressure, leaving you with a lighter, less bitter cool espresso.

This commercial-style steam wand heats up quickly and delivers the right steam pressure needed to create consistently smooth micro-foam, optimal for latte art right at home. Achieve the perfect milk texture with milk or your favorite milk alternatives, such as oat, soy and almond.

ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

With 3 infusion temperature settings, Active Temperature Control technology ensures stable water temperature and control throughout the whole brewing process at the touch of a button. Customize temperature settings to match water infusion temperature to beans for the optimal attraction. Different coffee bean varieties with different roasting levels require their own specific temperature setting for the best extraction.
