Why there are beans in the grinder on my Rivelia when I remove the bean hopper? How can I remove them?

It is normal for some beans to remian in the grinder when the bean hopper is removed.
You can either dispose of them by grinding directly into the grounds container or use them for brewing. When you remove the bean hopper the switch mode appear on the screen, you can then select the desired options by following the instruction on the display.
Please note once in Switch mode do not change the grinding setting because that may cause the remaining of coffee beans in the grinding area.
