Why is there water in my De'Longhi Coffee Machine's grounds container?

Finding a bit of water in the coffee grounds container is normal. The De'Longhi coffee machines are designed to channel internal condensation into the ground's container to keep the machine's interior dry. This is part of the machine's normal operation, not a malfunction or leak. To prevent moisture accumulation, empty the ground container when prompted by the machine or at least every 72 hours.

If you notice an unusually large amount of water in the ground container, please contact customer support for assistance.
