100ml – cold semi-skimmed milk
20gr – custard sauce
lemon zest – to taste
cocoa powder – to sprinkle
Method
Step 1
First, for the custard sauce into a glass.
Step 2
Then, place the glass under the spout and prepare a ‘Cappuccino’.
Step 3
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Step 4
Finally, garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
