FAQs

Ask us a question.

Why coffee pucks inside coffee grounds container are not so compacted?

If the coffee pucks are:

- very wet, soft and not compact, or

- compact but with a thick granularity (they crumble easily if you press them slightly).

The grinding of the coffee beans is not set correctly (too thick) thus the coffee will be light and watery.

Adjust the coffee grind to obtain a thinner coffee powder. Please remember that is a very delicate operation which should be carried out ONLY while the coffee grinder is working REFER to the specific article to be found in “Related Articles”.

If the coffee pucks are:

- very thin and wet

The grinding process is too short and the coffee powder isn't enough to obtain a good coffee. In this case, please contact an authorised technical assistance centre to request the intervention of a technician.
