If you are already signed in to your account, follow these steps:
- Open the De’Longhi Comfort app.
- Tap the left side menu icon to open it.
- Tap “Account”.
- Scroll down the page and tap over
- A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email.
Please note: You may need to check your Spam or Junk folders for the reset email.
