My Magnifica Plus: My LatteCrema Hot milk carafe stopped working or not frothing the milk properly. What can I do?

Make sure you clean the carafe regularly following the steps described both on the machine display - inside the "Milk carafe cleaning" menu - and in the user manual. You can also find more details in the relative "How To" video linked below.

When preparing a milk-based drink, ensure that you use fridge-temperature milk. For LatteCrema Hot you can obtain the best results with semi-skimmed milk or with other plant-based drinks, such as Soy, Oat and Almond.

Every time we finish the preparation of milk drinks, you need to perform the AUTO one-touch CLEAN function of the LatteCrema Carafe.

The auto clean function ensures the carafe internal part of the Lid is automatically rinsed without compromising the remaining milk left in the carafe. In this way, we can store the carafe with the leftover milk in the fridge, for a maximum of 48 hours: zero waste of milk!

After a maximum 48hr, you need to perform a complete, thorough cleaning of the carafe by disassembling all the components and washing them in the preferred method (dishwasher or by hand).
