At factory settings, the grinder is set to 5. Depending on the beans you are using you might need to change the grinder either towards a finer or a coarser level. Rivelia comes with "Bean Adapt Technology" that helps you set the machine with the best settings, grinder included. We suggest you to activate the functionality pressing on the "Bean Adapt" icon in the home screen and to follow the on-screen procedure.

Please note:

Only adjust the grinder one notch at a time and only while the grinder is operating. It may take a few coffees before the adjustment will take effect.
