There are few reasons this could happen:

• The hose is not properly connected, please try to reconnect the hose. After reconnecting you need to reset the unit by unplugging from the wall outlet and plug in back in.
• Check that the hose is free of kinks or any obstruction in the line.
• The max height is 15 feet, please check the lengh is that or less.
