What to do in case of error code G006?

This error indicates that the smartphone/tablet is not able to send some requests to the De’Longhi Cloud because the device is not connected to the Internet. It is suggested to make sure the smartphone/tablet is properly connected to the Internet via mobile or WiFi network, then try again.

If the problem persists, contact the De’Longhi Customer Care by providing the email address used for the registration.
