What to do in case of error code L001 or L002?

These errors indicate a problem during the login process. It is suggested to:

  • Close completely the De’Longhi Comfort APP, even from background, on your smartphone/tablet.
  • Restart the De’Longhi Comfort APP and repeat the login process with your username and password.

If the problem persists, contact the De’Longhi Customer Care by providing the email address used for the registration.
