Shipping, Returns & Online Ordering Policy

Where We Ship To:

  • Street addresses in the United States only (no P.O. or Military APO/FPO addresses)
  • All 50 states including the District of Columbia

Unfortunately, delivery to Puerto Rico is not available at this time.

You can ship to another address besides your own. When prompted to fill out shipping information, specify the shipping address you wish to send your purchase. When prompted for the billing address, fill out your own address.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please check our Store Locator or call 800.322.3848 and let us help you find the store nearest you that carries our brand.

Sales Tax

Taxes are calculated according to state regulations and are applied at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order and the type of shipment selected. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

Once your order is confirmed, it will take a few business days to process and ship. You will first receive an order confirmation email including your order number. This will be sent to your specified email address. After we ship, you will then receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

ORDERING

Order Processing

Upon receiving your order our company carries out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. 

Order Cancelation

After you submit the order you will be able to cancel your order within max 60 minutes. If you are a registered user you can log in into the myaccount area and from there push the button "cancel" and the order will be automatically cancelled. If you are a guest user you can cancel your order clicking on the link you will find in your confirmation email. After the 60 minutes you will be only able to return your item in case you do not want to keep it.



RETURNS

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, we ask that you handle your original purchase as a return for refund and order the new item online. This will ensure you receive the item you are looking for in the event we are out of stock before we receive your return.

How to Return Product

Please check your purchase date: We will accept returns of products in good condition within 30 days of your purchase date. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from purchase. Please note that original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.

To initiate a return please complete this form and include it with your return shipment. Note: it is extremely important you include this form in your return package. If you do not include this form in your return package your return is at risk of being delayed or denied. 

Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail to the address below (address will also be provided after you initiate your return). This service is offered by UPS, USPS, FedEx and other carriers. We are not responsible for items lost during transit. We will process your refund within 14 business days of receipt of the item. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day your return package is received for your account to be credited.

Receipt Refusal of Shipment

Please note that a refusal of receipt of a shipment (unless approved in advance) is considered a return and the cost of the actual freight to have the package returned will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Error / Damaged Merchandise

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact us at 800-322-3848 to initiate this process. All other returns must follow the above process.
