​When I grind directly into my filter holder with my Dedica grinder I only receive a very small amount of ground coffee, why is this?

T he amount of ground coffee that can be ground directly into the filter holder is programmable. It may have been programmed to this amount. You can re-program with the desired amount or set the unit back to the default settings by following the instructions in the video link below .
