The Sensor Grinding Technology, when correctly set,  is designed to grind and deliver a consistent amount of coffee to reach the required amount to brew the perfect espresso.

Therefore, you cannot turn off the Sensor Grinding Technology. However, you can turn off the grinder and use your pre ground coffee.
