The Cold Extraction Technology has been developed with the aim of replicating the results obtained by the traditional way of preparing cold brew: by infusion.
During the preparation with our machines, water bypasses the heating unit reaching the brewing chamber at low pressure and at room temperature. The brewing time is under 5 minutes and is characterized by a unique extraction pulsing pattern. At standard values, Cold Brew is a 4oz (120ml) long drink. Users are recommended to add ice cubes in the glass as suggested on the display to obtain the ideal result.
