To help you keep the machine neat and clean, Rivelia asks you to empty the coffee grounds container either when its full (total capacity is 10 coffee pods) or every 72h.

For some drinks that require additional grinding (ex. with Extra shot), the machine might ask you to empty the ground container before preparing the drink to ensure you have enough room in the coffee grounds container. We suggest you to follow the on-screen indications.
