The tank light will not go out

If the tank light on your dehumidifier will not goout please check the following:- Remove the tank, ensure it is empty, and replace- Check that the fill level float is inserted properly. This part indicates when the tank is full. If your dehumidifier is new, the float lever may have become dislocatedduring transit.Note: if this does not resolve your issue you may contact our toll free number (For US 1-800-322-3848; For Canada 1-888-335-6644) for assistance or look for the closest service center.Please check the service locator found in this website
