At De'Longhi, product safety remains a top priority for our consumers.  In compliance with California's Proposition 65 (formally known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act), we have provided information on our products.  California's Proposition 65 requires notification but does not ban or regulate the chemical content of products.

 De'Longhi manufactures over 17,000 products globally and maintains an approved materials list for both manufactured and supplied products.  All De'Longhi products are evaluated for compliance with regulations and standards and are safe to use as instructed.
