True European Convection is when you have at least 3 heating elements combined with a convection fan to distribute heat evenly and cook foods up to 30% faster than traditional ovens.  
Compared to Fan convection technology which uses multiple heating elements but none of the elements are integrated with the convection fan.
Integrating a heating element with the fan provides better temperature control and consistency to deliver more consistent results.
