Why is my tracking not updating?

If the tracking of your order does not update, it is possible that:

  1. Additional technical time is needed to update the tracking status on the website;
  2. The package is waiting to be picked up by the courier.

We will make sure the shipment is successful as soon as possible.
We recommend tracking the shipment for 48 hours before contacting customer support.
