FAQs

Ask us a question.

Each time I switch on or I switch off my bean to cup machine it performs a rinse cycle, why?

The rinse cycle has two main functionalities:

- To heat the internal circuit once you switch on the machine

- To remove coffee powder deposits when you switch off the machine

Thanks to this function your machine will be ready, clean and heated to start preparing an excellent coffee.

Some of the latest generation Bean to Cup machines recognize themselves if you have recently switched off them. In this case, once you switch on the machine again, it doesn't perform the rinse cycle because the machine is already heated. This is the same when you switch off the machine without making a coffee.
