Please check:

- The plug hole where the exhaust tube is inserted (on models with this feature)

- That the tube is properly inserted all the way in

- That the dehumidifier is not sat at an angle and that the tube is not positioned upwards. Also check for blockages.

If, after checking all of the above, it continues to collect in the tank get the product checked at one of our authorized service centres.
