To create a fully flavoured coffee, Magnifica Evo Next features a built-in grinder with 13 grind settings.
The conical steel grinders are calibrated with 100% accuracy and are tested to guarantee the perfect coffee ground is produced and the best coffee aroma is extracted.
The grinding level can be manually adjusted with ease allowing the beans to be ground according to personal taste, coffee blend type and roasting levels.
Magnifica Evo Next only grinds the necessary amount of coffee needed for the selected drink, to preserve the aroma of the beans and reduce any coffee waste!
The coffee mill does not require any adjustment initially, as it has been set to ensure that coffee is prepared correctly by factory default. However, there could still be some circumstances where the coffee mill grinder needs to be adjusted ONLY when the coffee mill is in operation:
- If your coffee is under-extracted and watery, turn the grinding adjustment dial one click towards position “1”.
- If your coffee is over-extracted and delivered too slowly, turn the grinding adjustment dial one click towards position “7”.
Always make at least two cups of coffee after, to ensure the changes made took place.
If you change your coffee beans you might need to change the grinder settings as different roasting levels and blends need to be ground differently: move the grinder mill adjustment one click at a time, then make at least two cups of coffee after, to ensure the changes made took place.
