De 'Longhi Appliances has only produced monoblock air conditioners in recent years.

The portable air conditioners are made from a single block unit in which there is also the compressor. They are transported from room to room and ready to use by positioning the condensing hose through an open window. They differ from split air conditioners which are equipped with two units, one inside and one outside, in which the compressor is located.

Fixed air conditioners are designed to treat the air of an entire home and they too consist of indoor and outdoor units.
