Which is the difference between pairing and connecting a coffee machine to the App?

Pairing is the process of associating a coffee machine with the App. This is supported for both connected and some non-connected machines. Pairing is useful to let the App understand which product you own as well as showing you relevant content such as manuals or creative recipes.

Connecting instead, refers to the process of establishing a communication between the App and the coffee machine. Once you pair a connected coffee machine, you will be able to control the machine. Connecting to a machine is only possible if your model has either WiFi or Bluetooth technology.
